4S Ranch Real Estate Homes and Condos
4S Ranch is a new master-planned community located on 2,900 acres of land west of Rancho Bernardo and Rancho Penasquitos in the North County of San Diego, California. It sits on land that was once part of Rancho San Bernardo. It is an easy access off Interstate 15 north of downtown San Diego and the Lindbergh Field International Airport. Access to anywhere else in the county is also easy through Highway 78 and State Route 56 or better known as the Ted Williams Parkway and the beautiful San Diego coastline is a very short ride away. This new community is modeled after the state’s finest traditional communities that give the family-friendly neighborhood feeling of the past.
4S Ranch real estate features approximately 4800 residential that will include both attached condos and detached homes. Designed for everyone’s needs, 4S Ranch offer a variety of housing choices with architectural designs such as ranch style, mission, craftsman and cottage. The neighborhoods are lined with trees and some of the homes with front porches have walkable promenades. There is a fiber-optic network for every homeowner that will allow them to connect to broadband Internet.
The homes will surround a traditional town center to be known as 4S Commons. The 53-acre town center will offer residents all their everyday shopping needs and a place where they can come together to shop, eat or just socialize. It will be the focal point of 4S Ranch when completely finished.
Also when 4S Ranch is completed, there will be two elementary schools, one middle school and one high school that will be under the Poway Unified School District, the most envied school district in the county. Under current construction is the new 25-acre community park that will offer a Boys and Girls club, basketball courts and a lighted tennis court among others. There is also a 10-mile scenic trail in the 1,600-acre protected permanent wildlife habitat for walking or biking.
