4S Ranch Real Estate Homes and Condos

4S Ranch is a new master-planned community located on 2,900 acres of land west of Rancho Bernardo and Rancho Penasquitos in the North County of San Diego, California. It sits on land that was once part of Rancho San Bernardo. It is an easy access off Interstate 15 north of downtown San Diego and the Lindbergh Field International Airport. Access to anywhere else in the county is also easy through Highway 78 and State Route 56 or better known as the Ted Williams Parkway and the beautiful San Diego coastline is a very short ride away. This new community is modeled after the state’s finest traditional communities that give the family-friendly neighborhood feeling of the past.

4S Ranch real estate features approximately 4800 residential that will include both attached condos and detached homes.
