Union Square Condos

Union Square: located on the corners of 14th and Broadway in the northern part of the East Village.  Union Square is made up of three mid-rise buildings of steel-frame/wood construction, and was completed by Western Pacific Housing in 2004.  Monthly HOAs are moderate, as there is an on-site community attendant, very nice community room and fitness center including men and women's locker rooms, Jacuzzi, and sauna.  Highlights of Union Square include: the complex sits in the path of development...the idea being that prices per square foot will increase as development around the area matures. The investor who buys in Union Square has the ability to buy more square footage, as the development of Smart Corner and Park-to-Bay link will have significant value impacts on the neighborhood. The Union Square complex represents price-point diversity for downtown. Also, being so close to the city college provides investors with a large pool of tenants.  Union Square is for the investor who is willing to be on the edge of development over the next few years.
