Metrome Condos
Metrome: located on the corner of J and 11th in the the East Village, Ballpark District. Metrome is a mid-rise complex constructed of concrete, and was completed by Barratt American in late 2005. Located across the street from the new Downtown Public Library Construction, Padres Parkade, New Construction Eschelon, along the development of the Park-to-Bay Link, and is a couple blocks removed from the Ballpark. Monthly HOAs at Metrome are low, relative to other downtown complexes. Highlights include: the complex has a contemporary design, units are moderately priced; with prices per square foot having a large upside potential due to the transition of neighborhood and surrounding construction. The surronding neighborhood area will continue to mature and develop as the neighborhood is still in a "transitional phase".
