Cortez Hill Downtown San Diego

The Cortez Hill District of downtown is one of Downtown San Diego’s oldest and most distinguished residential neighborhoods.  The district was named after the historic El Cortez Hotel (which has since been converted to a condo community).  Located north of downtown's Core and south of I-5 between Tenth Avenue and Union Street, this area on the hill is downtown’s highest landmass and offers views to Downtown, the bay, the Pacific Ocean and Balboa Park. The hill has drawn residents for over a century, and the original Victorian style dwellings of the first settlers have now become part of its charm.

Condo complexes in the district include:

Beech Tower
Cortez Blu
Citymark at Cortez
El Cortez
Soleil Court
Symphony Terrace
The Mills At Cortez

Cortez Hill Condos For Sale
