Bayside Real Estate Homes and Condos

Bayside - Downtown San Diego

This is a 36-story downtown San Diego condo complex by Bosa Development, located at the southeast corner of Ash Street and Pacific Highway. Bayside is located in downtown San Diego Columbia District. Construction on the 241-unit condominium began in 2006 and was completed in 2009.

The project has on board the world-class architect Hossein Amanat of Arc Design International for the architecture and Style Interior Design Inc for the Interiors.

Proposed Bayside features include a soaring two-story entrance lobby, a mezzanine library, concierge, valet, cctv's for 24 hour surveillance, resident only access to main entrances and specific areas. A entertainment center will taken in a billiards room with plasma screen TV's and screening room called "Premiere" with cinema seating, large screen and a theatre-style popcorn machine.

A third floor landscaped outdoor area will house a lap pool and spa, French Riviera styled cabanas, BBQ area, an outdoor kitchen, a fully equipped fitness club and a steam and sauna room. An exclusive wind tasting lounge will have an attending wine captain and an adaptable adjoining conference room which can be converted into a dining room for events.

Given the height of the building and the location, Bayside at the Embarcadero will offer stunning views of the ocean, city and the mountains. The condos are done up in full height windows with roller shade coverings, entertainment sized balconies, Kahrs hardwood, limestone, marble and Italian flooring and are available in three color schemes. Interior doors are high and the units include a full sized stacked laundry system, home office communication panel and pre-wiring for satellite TV. Branded stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler and touches of limestone, quartz and Kohler fixtures accentuated by the designer appointed lighting make kitchens elegant but practical.

Bayside is located right on the waterfront at The Embarcadero and remarkably close to Pacific Beach, Petco Park, Gaslamp Quarter. The quaint al frescos of Little Italy District and shopping at Horton Plaza are just a few blocks away.
